- Technical Support – 5 Technical Support questions per month via e-mail with a response time of 24 hours.
- Wordpress upgrades – Wordpress will be upgraded to the latest version. Wordpress upgrades usually address the latest bugs and security fixes. It is highly recommended that you upgrade to the latest versions.
- Plugin upgrades – Like Wordpress plugins are updated frequently also to address bugs, fixes, and new features. We will review you plugins and upgrade them to the latest version.
- Blog Backup – We will backup your Wordpress database and configuration and send it to you via email. Dont risk the loss of all your hard work.
